My name is Cynthia Czarnecki & I'm new here to the platform. I am 52 years young and now entering this lovely thing called Perimenopause. Boy did she throw curve balls at first out of the blue, lol. I am just happy to be in space where I can learn, share, and navigate this new chapter. Thank You.
