In my journal today I wrote about a time when I was 1000% consistent with my goals and actions. Here are 2 things I noticed:
- Consistent action gave me a great amount of dopamine no social media app, food galore, or binge show watching could ever give me!
- I saw small consistent actions build up into something bigger and bigger each day. I remember I always told myself “one little drop won’t do anything but 1000^x little drops can wet someone”
