Closing the month with some accomplishments!! I was able to wake up everyday and spend time with God, read and exercise!! I was also able to start and continue my accounting classes!! November was great!! Thank you Caro for all your support and motivation!!

It’s been a beautiful journey and I hope everyone is having a wonderful time making and implementing changes together!! Drinking water, having my ginger tea, deep breathing and time with God first thing in the morning has been just wonderful!! I am feeling better on my runs. Have a wonderful day ladies!!

I think I got m my days mixed up 😂 we are on day 12. I am working on getting my accounting classes done!!✅ It feels great to start the day with exercise and keep the energy through the day!!
