I spent most of the day trying everything I could come up with (fyi, the Classroom is a resource I didn’t get to on my own - thanks, Jason!). There are some very helpful articles there!
In full disclosure, I am a Mac guy (your mileage may vary - and feel free to post how you fixed any PC issues - I’m abit to buy this for my wife and that’s “her” world…)
My issue ultimately was - I think - Remote Login. Going to run this for about and make sure it “holds”
