Drop downs

I went looking for a pdf that will help me organize (something that is pretty specific that likely no one else would care about :) ) …but I found one that will work, but it has a dropdown field to choose between 5 different options.

I could delete the drop down option, and just write in the info on my remarkable - but I’m wondering if this dropdown could be replicate within the rm environment.

Has anybody done that?
