Customer Support Lacking

I recently purchased CalSync for my Supernote A5X. It took most of the day to setup and work through issues and figuring out that the Google Calendars had to be set to public in order to populate on the planner. I sync via Supernote Cloud but it hasn't preserved any of my handwriting. I've reached out to CalSync via email and chat as I've encountered problems but there's been no response.
