Custom Screen E-ink connectivity issues

I have purchased (and REPURCHASED) a few versions of e-ink pad binder when I moved computers. I have a few screensavers/custom screens purchased on etsy that I have been using, but it seems from time to time they disappear. It used to be a fight, but last few rounds it was just plug and play using the drag and drop (pretty sure) option in e-ink pad with the IPaddress and password from the tablet menu per protocol. This last time nothing seems to be working. Is there a workaround for just uploading these onto the correct screens? (restart, shutdown, sleep)

Also..currently running 2.3.6 with a Remarkable2 Tablet. that is probably helpful info ;)
