Redirecting our Dopamine Commitment
On today's call we deepened into life purpose and journalled around a 7-day goal for our health, wealth and/or relationships Whilst in integrity with my commitment, this week just gone I had a heavy schedule in terms of video calls and stuff to be done on my laptop which meant a lot of screen time, and lack of time outside beyond my daily run I have reduced my schedule a little, so now... I am committed to going outside for at least 30 mins every afternoon this week before 6:30pm I am committed to checking in everyday on the Skool network this week
