Lost integrity, yeah I’ve been making content and doing stuff but I definately have been using escapism via the phone before bed the last couple days. And I can’t say I completed the detox like this. I don’t feel significant shame. Just a wake up call and a call to action
to be honest , I was enjoying the path a lot. But slipped back into old patterns. If I break my word sin is crouching at my door .
So yeah , I’m restarting . For those of you still on the path stay strong , i’ll catch up
