Lost integrity, yeah I’ve been making content and doing stuff but I definately have been using escapism via the phone before bed the last couple days. And I can’t say I completed the detox like this. I don’t feel significant shame. Just a wake up call and a call to action to be honest , I was enjoying the path a lot. But slipped back into old patterns. If I break my word sin is crouching at my door . So yeah , I’m restarting . For those of you still on the path stay strong , i’ll catch up

sorry for being off the grid recently boys. Things have been going great . I played a sick ass show on Monday, upped my connections, and yesterday went on a run with no music . My ass is kicked rn and currently cranking out content. The meditations are still hard AF . I’m restless and feel so attached to my mission in the physical realm lmao

Rolling smooth Mentally tho it’s difficult. Bringing out a lot of unaddressed things . Shit I have to get done And I’m sensitive to it as I have nothing external to hold on to in terms of distraction
