Ok, – I have a question about licensing a real estate course to re-entry programs. First of all, it's appropriate for women coming in with no experience or qualifications whatsoever, and does not lead to licensure as a real estate agent. In fact, having a real estate license would actually make someone ineligible for the strategies I teach due to the legal limitations imposed on licensed agents.
My question is, are re-entry programs likely to pick something like this up? It teaches perfectly lawful creative finance methods that can help women with little money, bad credit, a record, low income or no income buy property for themselves or as a business, so it's perfect for resourceful women starting from scratch, but I wonder if it would get side-eye or overlooked because it's non-traditional.
If it's highly unlikely that any institutions would buy this kind of real estate curriculum, then I might choose a different topic for my first license project.
Thank you for any input!
