January Almost Finished!
I just posted the North South choke details with some auxiliary options if it's failing for Seth Hargrove. I also filmed a bunch of mounted triangle details and options. I'll be posting a pillow choke from bottom video as well. Bring on some questions for the week. Aaron Nevels had a few which I'll film friday, but please feel free to post some more !!
