Hello I completed the side control study course and love the principles. But why it’s still showing 0% completed of that course? Thank you

Keeping closed guard when opponent stands up

Had a LOT Of great questions in class this week? What has been bothering YOU on the mats? Let me know and I'll be filming some videos on Sunday for everyone. Anyone been working any of the content and having success?

Two new videos in the Q&A folder answering Ben Lee and Tracy Davis questions, look for Destroying Their Deep Half Guard and Windshield Wiper Pass Details. It’s a new week so bring some new questions!!! Let’s get this thing cranking again. Otherwise I’ll try to upload some stuff from these seminars I’m teaching in the North East this weekend!

I seem to regularly struggle with opening the guard. When I try to wedge my elbow in to pin hip to work on wiper pass they always seem to be able to get knee shield in. Any help or suggestions?
