I seem to regularly struggle with opening the guard. When I try to wedge my elbow in to pin hip to work on wiper pass they always seem to be able to get knee shield in. Any help or suggestions?

When I have someone in half guard and they attempt to pass my front leg over, first defense is cross face and keeping them flat. When they do begin to pass the leg over from bottom, can you give details for floating or preventing the pass?

I'll be filming this week at some point. Please give me some problems I can help with! Also what would you like to see here?
