What was the first time...
As we continue to build and grow ECRC, it is important that we all still keep the tight nit community that we have all helped create.
had a great comment not to long ago, on how much stronger we will be as a club if we really truly get to know each other and who is ECRC...
So with that said... WE WANT TO KNOW ABOUT EACH ONE OF YOU.....

The moment that you decided to put on the shoes and go run.
What did it feel like?
What were your thoughts going through you head on that first run?
