Finishing July as a run every day.
I should be doing the same next month to encourage someone else getting back into running - a mile each day would be enough but the challenge itself may be the addiction for them.
I don’t really make a habit of RED and the most I think I’ve done over the past year is 50 days - so I’m curious what your thoughts on RED are.
There are no right or wrong answers - just your opinion based on the type of running you do or if you’re training for something?
