EP: 5 BIG RUN WEEKEND... What is the forecast ?
This has become one of the things that I look forward to the most being a part off ECRC! BIG RUN WEEKENDS... We have kept the 20 mile streak alive for 4 weeks and counting, who will it be this weekend?
There is a powerful motivation that happens seeing all of us go after those big hard runs, DROPPING THOSE BOMBS. and the best part is.... WE ARE DOING THIS TOGETHER!
SO What is the WEEKEND RUN FORECAST? Call your shot put it out there...
