I am very much an animal/pet lover, even though i myself only have one cat. But my question to you all is, what do you do in the occasion of being chased by an unleashed dog you may have frightened while out for a neighborhood run?
I just experienced this the other night, not for the first time ever, but this was the first time I actually felt as if i were in danger.
I had one friend suggest I start carrying a can of mace, but I'd rather not hurt the dog, I mean, I scared the poor thing, unintentionally of course.
I was thinking like, a handful of dog treats in my pocket or something, that just sounds better than choosing violence 🤪
So I'm just curious, what do you guys and gals do in the situation of a scared pooch threatening you?
