Biggest debate in running: Saturday or Sunday long runs
I need to know the ECRC vote on this ...
No judgement, just curious. For me, it depends on my schedule and weather. I'm lucky that I can be flexible. But I'm mostly a Saturday morning runner for those big miles.
Are you peeps Saturday long runners or Sunday long runners?
