While, cutting and stop eating junk food, sweet and fizzy drinks aren't not the cause of why we are not losing weight. Our body does needs fat, sweet, salt and ect... the key to restore our body shape on the top of our 15mn exercises is about treating our stomach like a QUEEN. 🥦 Choose fresh, natural foods. 🍏Prioritize quality, not quantity. 🥑Listen to your body, stop when you feel full. 🥝And remember: eating slowly is an act of self-care.
