Many new hosts think lowering the price is the fastest way to get bookings. Not always. Sometimes your photos, reviews, or description are the real problem. Price matters. But it's only one piece of the puzzle. Would you rather book: • A beautiful apartment at $80 or • An average-looking apartment at $60?

Big mistake: Buying furniture before doing research.
Many people spend thousands decorating an apartment... Only to discover guests don't actually value those expensive items. Research your market first. See what guests expect. Then furnish accordingly. Don't decorate for yourself. Decorate for your guests.
