Every week, we will increase the difficulty level to ensure your continuous progress and avoid hitting a plateau. This workout plan requires minimal equipment and is not customized for you. BUT, it's a great program for anyone who wants a brief insight into what it will be like to train with my fitness app, and you can customise the difficulty to suit you as needed as well.
