I wanted to share something gently. I was meditating recently and took this photo. I felt called to share it with a dear friend, and he reflected that he strongly sensed Uriel energy in and around me. I was familiar with Uriel, but not deeply — and as I’ve been sitting with what he represents, I’ve felt quietly supported in exactly what I’m moving through right now. With Winter Solstice here — the longest night and the turning point back toward light — this feels like a season of rest, integration, and gentle clarity. I’ve been very sick and am still healing, and this energy feels like permission to slow down and let things settle. ✨ The Energy of Uriel ✨ Uriel represents clarity without harshness — truth that soothes instead of shames. His energy supports us when: • our minds feel noisy or confused • emotions feel overwhelming • we’re questioning ourselves or our path • we need wisdom that feels grounded, not urgent 🌿 What Uriel Brings • Calm discernment — the ability to see clearly without panic • Gentle truth — insight that feels compassionate, not critical • Illumination — light on what’s real when things feel foggy • Emotional steadiness — helping the body settle so the mind can follow 🕯️ “Uriel, bring clarity, truth, and calm illumination.” My intention this week is to honor the solstice by resting deeply, resetting my nervous system, and trusting that even in the dark, the light is already beginning to return.
