It’s the Weekend! What’s everyone’s gameplan to eat what they want but stay within their calories?
I fasted all day on Friday and had A&W Burger (650 calories)
Regular fries (300 calories)
And some snacks for the remainder of my calorie budget.
Also had a core power vanilla protein shake to fill in protein but honestly should’ve eaten more protein.
Once in a while being under protein not end of world though.
