Weekend Checkin
It’s the Weekend! What’s everyone’s gameplan to eat what they want but stay within their calories? I fasted all day on Friday and had A&W Burger (650 calories) Regular fries (300 calories) And some snacks for the remainder of my calorie budget. Also had a core power vanilla protein shake to fill in protein but honestly should’ve eaten more protein. Once in a while being under protein not end of world though.
Monday Motivation
Alright it's Monday! What are your goals for this week? My goal is to eat more calories despite me having less time to eat food due to fasting all day. Trying to put on some lean muscle mass.
