Hello doctor

For 35 years old guy, with single kidney since he was 5 years old. Now with medicines and all gfr stable around 64-65 and creatinine ranging 1.27-1.42.

Protein found in urine in 2024.

In december 2025, got the uacr done, it was 49 mg/g

Hba1c -5.3

Last time in february, we did blood test and the potassium was high -5.8. This is only the first time his potassium was high otherwise always in the range of 4.4-4.7. He is also on telmisartan since 10-12 years.

The nephro put him on dapagliflozin since beginning of september,2025.

Little anxious because of the high potassium numbers and for kidney too!
