I was feeling depressed until...

I was feeling a little stuck and down until I remembered I am a mighty warrior in Christ and I pulled out my sword.

Father, thank You that You are the lifter of my head (Psalm 3:3). Thank You that even when I feel stuck, You are still moving behind the scenes. Thank You for every breath, every sunrise, every mercy that is new this morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Thank You that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in me (Romans 8:11).

🎶 2. PRAISE

“The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” — Isaiah 61:3

I put on praise like armor.

I praise You, Lord, that darkness cannot stay where light lives.

I praise You that depression bows to Your joy.

I praise You that my soul will not be silent; I command it to bless the Lord (Psalm 103:1-5).

💧 3. REPENTANCE

“Search me, O God, and know my heart.” — Psalm 139:23

Father, forgive me for agreeing with lies the lie that I am stuck, the lie that I am forgotten, the lie that my future is over. I renounce despair, self-pity, and apathy. I repent for complaining and rehearsing pain more than Your promises. Wash me clean, Lord. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation (Psalm 51:10-12).

⚔️ 4. DECLARATIONS OF WAR

> “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” — James 4:7

1. I am not stuck; I am being set up for breakthrough.

2. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me; depression cannot coexist with His anointing (Isaiah 61:1).

3. I break every word curse, label, and diagnosis that is not aligned with heaven.

4. I command heaviness, lethargy, confusion, and hopelessness to leave now in the name of Jesus.

5. My mind is sound, my body is energized, and my spirit is steadfast (2 Timothy 1:7).

6. Every demonic fog lifts. I walk in clarity and divine momentum.

🕯️ 5. PROPHETIC DECREES

“You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you.” Job 22:28

I decree the joy of the Lord is flooding my emotions (Nehemiah 8:10).

I decree fresh oil is being poured over my head new strength, new creativity, new boldness (Psalm 92:10).

I decree divine acceleration where there has been delay, there will now be double speed (Amos 9:13).

I decree my brain chemistry aligns with heaven’s order peace, focus, and discipline.

I decree I have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16).

Father, breathe Your Spirit into every dry place within me (Ezekiel 37:5). Let the resurrection power of Jesus awaken what depression tried to bury. Teach me to discipline my mind, renew it daily with Your Word (Romans 12:2). Send divine helpers, accountability, and opportunities that stir my faith.

I declare:

🕊 My emotions will serve my spirit.

🔥 My thoughts will align with the mind of Christ.

🌿 My life will produce fruit again love, joy, peace, patience, and power.

In Jesus’ mighty name AMEN.
