Living in your head, any thoughts?
Something I though about was when am not engaging in something properly as in not entering flow state and the likes of it I tend to have unnecessary thoughts, sounds, events etc.
For the ones that relate to it how do you handle it?
I personally breath 4sec in — 4sec hold — 4sec release: 3x and it works
