Newbie here, LOVE Dave's channel, have for years. Thanks to my DIY Dad growing up and many work environments over the years, I'll attempt any repair on anything. I've been fixing friends and family car AC systems for years. On house systems I've replaced numerous caps, contactors, inside and outside fan motors, and boards, luckily I haven't had to do line sets or repairs yet, but I'm up for it thanks to his easy to follow tips and techniques. You just need a good mechanical aptitude, common sense, patience and the right tools, which most people here and in the DIY community in general usually possess. Looking forward to reading everyone's success stories, good and bad, we are all here to share, learn and help.
