I’ve been in Alaska this week and the northern lights are so intense, dancing through the sky like I’ve never seen before. Looks like a wildfire. Has me feeling spiritual and reflecting on how the Norse culture was influenced by them and what you all think is floating around up there?? It acts as a great visual for the mysterious energy field/cosmic soup we all know and feel but can’t always see and really connected with Odin watching it this week

I decided to surrender to Thor. For me it’s been a way to attune to the energy of protection out of love, not fear. The kind of protection that doesn’t shy away from risks, or contract and hide. The kind of protection that supports expansion, leaning in, a deeper faith. It feels like a waterfall in my heart and a universe in my throat. There’s steady waves in my womb and electric around my crown.
