This month was full of up and downs as I tried to transition from a ketosis diet to counting macros and eating carbs. I gained and gained and mentally I realized I just don’t do well on carbs. I took Jessicas advice and decided to carb cycle Friday and Saturday and stay in ketosis the other days. I am already feeling so much better as I am back in ketosis. Bloat is gone, aches are gone and mentally doing much better.
