1️⃣ Control your nutrition. If you don’t, you’re guessing. And if you’re guessing, you’re not serious. 2️⃣ Control your training. Weights. Reps. Progress. No excuses. 3️⃣ Train consistently. Minimum standard. No emotional training cycles. 4️⃣ Make rational decisions. No extreme diets. No ego. No impulsive reactions. 5️⃣ Participate. Ask questions. Post your logs. Contribute. This is not a silent consumption group.
