Lead People the Way Jesus Did
Key Idea:
Healthy leadership requires both compassion and clarity.
Scripture (NIV):
Ephesians 4:15
“Speaking the truth in love, we will grow…”
Teaching:
Jesus corrected His disciples while continuing to believe in them.
Grace says:
“I’m with you.”
Truth says:
“I won’t leave you where you are.”
In leadership:
- Grace builds trust
- Truth builds growth
- Together they build healthy culture
Action Steps:
- Encourage one person publicly
- Coach one person privately
- Replace criticism with clear direction
