🚨Call To Action 🚨
Hey Team You’re part of something bigger than just a group—you’re part of a movement of people learning how to actually follow Jesus in real life. Now here’s the next step. Think about the people already in your world—friends, coworkers, family, people in your circle who are searching for more peace, direction, or purpose but don’t know where to start. Invite them in. Not because we’re trying to “grow a group”… but because they need what you’re already receiving. Inside Discipleship Team Builder, they’ll find: - Simple, practical teaching on following Jesus daily - A real community that encourages growth, not judgment - Tools to help them become more confident in prayer, leadership, and faith - A clear path from just believing… to actually becoming a disciple who makes disciples - Support that meets them where they are, not where they “should” be This isn’t about information—it’s about transformation. And the truth is: someone you know is one invitation away from breakthrough. So don’t overthink it. Just reach out. Send the message. Make the invite. Start the conversation. Let’s not just grow a community—let’s multiply disciples. We go together. Here is the link: https://www.skool.com/discipleship-team-builder-4874/about?ref=ed2314bc3fdf40bc83bd84c9f0961507

Vision
Discipleship Team Builder is more than a community. It is more than training. It is more than leadership development. DTB exists to raise up disciples and leaders who will impact the Kingdom of God in every area of life—their families, workplaces, communities, churches, and the world. Our vision is simple: To help ordinary people become extraordinary disciples who make disciples. We believe every believer has been called by God to influence others. Not everyone will stand on a stage, but everyone has been given a sphere of influence. Our goal is to equip people to grow spiritually, lead confidently, and multiply themselves into the lives of others. We are building a culture where: - Growth is expected. - Leadership is developed. - Relationships matter. - People are seen, valued, and encouraged. - Disciples make disciples. - Leaders raise up leaders. DTB is not about building an organization. It is about building people. When people grow closer to Jesus, families become stronger. When families become stronger, communities are impacted. When communities are impacted, the Kingdom of God advances. We want every member of DTB to: 1. Grow in their relationship with Christ. 2. Discover and develop their God-given gifts. 3. Learn how to influence and lead others. 4. Invest intentionally in the lives of people around them. 5. Multiply what they have received by discipling others. Success is not measured by how many people join DTB. Success is measured by how many people are transformed, equipped, and sent out to make an eternal impact. Imagine a movement of disciples raising disciples, leaders raising leaders, and families impacting families. Imagine people in every workplace, neighborhood, school, and church living out their faith and helping others follow Jesus. That is the vision of DTB. We are not just building teams. We are building Kingdom leaders. We are not just creating followers. We are developing disciple-makers. We are not simply gathering people. We are sending them out to impact the world for Christ.
Day 1 Grace and Truth: The Jesus Model
Day 1: Jesus Never Chose Between Grace and Truth He Carried Both Jesus didn’t soften truth to gain acceptance and He didn’t withhold grace to gain control. Scripture (NIV): John 1:14 “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” Teaching: Grace says: You are loved. Truth says: You are called higher. Jesus never compromised either. Without grace: - People hide - Shame grows - Performance increases Without truth: - Growth stops - Conviction disappears - Change becomes optional Jesus welcomed people and transformed them. Action Steps: - Reflect on whether you naturally lean toward grace or truth - Ask someone you trust how they experience your communication - Write one area where you need more balance Reflection: Do people feel both loved and challenged around you?

Conclusion, Conversations That Transform-The Jesus Model
Jesus changed the world one conversation at a time. He listened. He asked. He cared. He challenged. He invited. You do not need a stage to influence people. You need attention. Presence. Truth. Compassion. Courage. Your next transformational moment may not happen in a church service. It may happen across a table. A text message. A hallway. A coffee shop. Conversations that transform are not about having all the right words. They are about becoming the kind of person who sounds more like Jesus. This week, don’t just talk. See people. Listen deeply. Speak truth. Invite action. And watch what God does.
