Day 3 Conversations That Transform-The Jesus Model
Love and Truth Belong Together
Jesus never watered down truth. But He also never weaponized it. People were drawn to Jesus because they experienced both honesty and compassion. Truth without love creates distance.
Love without truth prevents growth.
Scripture
John 8:11 (NIV)
“‘Then neither do I condemn you,’ Jesus declared. ‘Go now and leave your life of sin.’”
Jesus extended grace and called for transformation.

Speak truth to build people—not win arguments.

- Am I avoiding hard conversations?
- Do I confuse honesty with harshness?
- How can I communicate truth with care?
Action Steps
- Speak encouragement before correction.
- Practice saying difficult things kindly.
- Ask: “How can I help instead of criticize?”
Prayer
Jesus, help me speak with both courage and compassion.
