Hi everyone. I am Jillian Macdonald, Co-Founder & Managing Director of Foundation Adventure4ever based in Amsterdam, NL. Since 1998 to approximately 2016, together with award winning photographer Frits Meyst, we produced 400+ feature stories for international publications worldwide (National Geographic, Lifestyle Magazine, AS Adventure, ADAC Reis Magazin, Paddle Asia, Paddle World, Outdoor Germany, all 5 magazines for ANWB NL - now downscaled to only 1 since more and more magazines went digital, several 'Glamping' publlications, and countless others). Though we will continue to produce feature stories, this has been incorporated into our flagship documentary film series 'Full Circle', a documentary 'About the People, For the People & By the People'. Our primary 'host' partner is Tourism and primary focus - to amplify the voices of the people who are actively realizing change, using traditional methods combined with new innovations to protect our environment. The pilot series spans 25 European countries including Türkiye with open invitations for a second series in East Africa and beyond. Besides filming, for each country participating in the 'making of 'Full Circle', we will also produce a full feature story for publication, as a collective representation of the many initiatives people are tackling to create greater awareness through collective communitiy-led actions, education and colllaborations with local businesses and other NGOs. The stories, whether told in print or on film, are meant to encourage, excite, energize and above all give people hope - hope that if we work together, we can make the planet we call home, a better place for all species - '4ever'.
