This opportunity for self reflection. Day 3 of a seven day challenge to explain the who when what why I am building this community. I want to emulate the feeling in people that I had when I stumbled upon the realisation I had overcome breathing ailments without medication. I was learning how to circular breathe playing music with the Ancient Australian Aboriginal instrument the Yidaki aka Didgeridoo. This was an offshoot from years of personal study of meditation, breath work and living the hippie life. Yearly Hay fever was debilitating and drugs were the first line of defence the white coats gave. I needed a better way, and after years of searching, practices and money spent searching - I found it or stumbled upon it. NOW- I want to help people find the end results faster than it took me on my journey. I want to be the one stop shop for all your needs. A community shop with tools, exercises, herbs, 'Experts in their fields' gathering in one spot to aid folk with life's challenges resulting from uneducated breathing faults. Shallow breathing, bad posture etc leads to health problems such as sleep apnoea, asthma, stress, colds and flu's through to depression from anxiety, anger, panic attacks etc etc etcetera... My journey not planned out yet a spiritual path took me from searching to playing music as a busker to the festival stage, to teaching over 5000 students the art of Circular breathing not as a conscious choice just following opportunity, to Starting a Skool Community. I think youtube and podcasts may be the difference between being in front of the market to make my Skool Channel visible, as the next stage in my journey. Then the book, then the 'This is your life' movie and the tell a vision series... All this from blowing raspberries in a log... or log'a'rhythms as I have coined it.
