Zoom problems.
Here is some information about the problems we experienced with Zoom, generated with the help of ChatGPT: It seems that Zoom is suppressing the sound of the didgeridoo. From what I’ve learned, this actually makes sense: Zoom is designed to prioritize speech and filter out what it considers background noise. Because the didgeridoo produces low-frequency drones and complex overtones, the software often misinterprets it as noise and suppresses or distorts it. Possible solution in Zoom:You can improve this by enabling Original Sound and adjusting the audio settings: 1. Go to Settings → Audio 2. Click Advanced 3. Set: 4. Enable: During the meeting: - Click “Turn on Original Sound” (top left) Additional tips: - Enable High fidelity music mode for better sound quality - Disable “Automatically adjust microphone volume” - Use an external microphone if possible Alternatives (better for music):Zoom is not really designed for real-time music collaboration, especially with instruments like the didgeridoo. You might get better results with: - Jamulus — designed specifically for low-latency online jamming - Cleanfeed — high-quality audio streaming in the browser - Discord — can work surprisingly well with the right audio settings These platforms handle continuous sound and musical dynamics much better than Zoom. Hope this helps so we can actually hear each other next time 🙂
New didgeridoo
Hi All! Recently I bought a new (expensive) didgeridoo and am very happy with it. But I have a problem with it. With my normal cheap didgeridoo's I can do the basic drone without any problem but with this one I am trying and trying and in the end after much effort it is starting. Once it starts then it takes some time but after that I can play it like my normal other didgeroo's. Does somebody recognise this? Any tips? Thanks!
A little check in round
I hope you are doing well out there. And where is your didgeridoo practice at? What would you like to learn/get better at? What other instruments are you learning or would you like to learn? Let me know in the comments.

That’s my practice for today
There is more depth that I want to add and I was stoked when I cracked that beat a couple of days ago. I’d love to see you stuff too. Add your current practice in the comments below.
