I’ve started with easy 20min run, and then I’ve found a nice sunny spot where I did:
-20 push ups
-30 lunges
-10 pull ups
-20 jump squats
-10 toes to bar (ttb)
*5 rounds total with minimal rest in between rounds
Finished off with 10min jogging back to the hotel and stopped for a smoothie🍓🍌🫐
