First Crypto App PR

I got the CoinMarketCap API set up to display all coins on the coins page (Will put this on home as well later per the figma). And I set up the general structure of the routes.

Feeling pretty overwhelmed, this was definitely a 13 on the Fibonacci for me. Please let me know your thoughts on this first PR. Am I setting things up generally correct or not?

By the way, I had to use chatGPT to help me get around this "CORS security" thing and set up an api server side thing. Was banging my head on the desk for a while but still feels bad to use AI.
