CSS Class Names Help

I'm feeling a little paralyzed trying to organize my thoughts. I don't know the best way to write my HTML in order to make my CSS work. I've attached my design for a local café so you can see what I'm trying to build.

All the individual elements of my navigation are in a row right? (Logo, links, search bar, social links) Should I group them together in a single <div> so they can be labeled with a row class name and spaced that way?

I don't know a ton about CSS just yet, so I feel like every initial decision I make is setting me up for disaster down the line. My ignorance is keeping me from making simple initial decisions and building good habits from those decisions.
