I've had amazing fortune in how much weight I've lost since the 11th of January but wanted to post a quick update...plateaus are a bummer. I've been hovering around 226 for three days now and I'm flummoxed on why. Average calorie intake: 1250. OMAD. Decent numbers. Still no movement. I'm going to trust the process and just keep going (I will go on a good walk today and I hit the gym this morning) but it is a little frustrating.... :)
