Weight loss
I am down 39 pounds since the 1st 21 day challenge last sept…since the start of this challenge down 8 pds. Feeling very good. 😊
Finishing off the fast!
Finished my fast yesterday and while I was looking forward to my Oxtail lunch, my appetite couldn't keep up. I probably ate 1/2 of what I would normally so I added a bit of goat cheese and a tablespoon of olive oil to the mix. I didn't try to eat more, and instead enjoyed the smaller appetite. Energy was pretty good and I hit the gym this morning for a work out!
Weight Loss
Although I was at the hotel and could not weigh at the beginning, I did get a weight part-way through. Guestimating based on that and based on how much I weighed the last time I weighed myself, I think I am down between 15 and 20lbs.
Weight loss since January
I’ve dropped 18 pounds since Jan 1st. Six of those pounds have been since Jan 26 th when I started Dr Boz’s Challenge- hoping for at least 1 or 2 more pound before it’s done👍🏼🙏🙌🏻
