D.I.N.E. 01.23.26 - ServeSafe - (Rescheduled 1/15)
An in-person ServeSafe Manager program in Michigan equips food service workers with the knowledge and certification required to meet state food safety regulations and protect public health. Participants gain hands-on understanding of safe food handling, time and temperature controls, allergen awareness, cleaning and sanitizing standards, and procedures to prevent cross-contamination—includes commercial kitchen licensing training for those who receive their certification. 1.5 days of training.
