Small Wins stack up.
Just sharing my recent win. On Monday at the Gym I was training legs and whilst resting between sets I turned around and saw a girl on the Leg Extension machine. She was getting off and looked right at me into my eyes. I nodded and said you alright.
She said it back and walked to the treadmill. But she said it back with her headphones in lol. Anyways roll on to Friday morning. I was using the cable stack and she walked into the Gym with her friend. And looked at me right in the eyes again and I looked back. We didn't say anything but the look on her face was like oh it's that guy from Monday. I was just starting my set at the time.
Let's see what happens next time 😉.
Win: subconsciously saying you alright with no fear, and eye contact longer than usual.
