Second Date Update
For some time now, I’ve had this little hobby where I’ve gone on Tik Tok to listen to this Radio Station that existed years ago where 3 individuals would receive an email to the radio station about people trying to connect with the person they went on a date with to see what went wrong so what would happen is that the radio station would call the other person who went on a date with the person who wrote in into the station on their behalf to say they are live on the radio and they are calling because they do a segment on their show called the “Second Date Update” that’s where when you go on a date with someone and blow them off afterwards they can email them to get ahold of them to find out what happened and why they don’t wanna go out again and I absolutely love that concept because it would teach the person what they did wrong on the date and teach them what not to do moving forward. That radio show was absolutely hilarious with these second date updates it was just crazy to me to hear what bizarre things people do on first dates that cost them actually to move forward with the other person they go out with it is ridiculous what mistakes people do that afterwards leaves them scratching their head not knowing what they did wrong and why their date doesn’t want to go out with them again. I really like listening to this show despite the fact that it doesn’t exist anymore they left an impression on me because they actually help people to get to date each other again after they learn what went wrong and offer to pay for a second date so they can go out again. People would actually discover shocking things about what the other person did on the first date that would make people who were listening on the radio realize that if a person can just be honest and invested completely in the person they are going out with without making absurd mistakes that they can actually keep dating that person just by showing curiosity and genuine interest towards the other person. Just by listening to that show I learn what other things to do or not do on a date. I wish the show was still around it certainly gave me excitement and thrill towards my dating scene in life. But yes, you can learn a lot about the person you go out on a date with by how they behave and the things they do on the first date.
