Accuracy went up, not down. That is not a typo. That is what good context engineering looks like in practice. Most data engineers are still thinking about AI in terms of prompts. The teams pulling ahead have moved on to something far more powerful: systematically managing what their agents know, when they know it, and how much of it they actually need. This week's DataPro explainer covers the four pillars of context engineering, translated specifically for data engineers — with real numbers, real frameworks, and three concrete things you can start building this week.

Hey everyone! Joining after 5 years in the Data & Strategy trenches..
Being knee-deep in the mix has taught me that managing the data is usually the easy part(once you have the right resources); it's the Continuous Improvement and stakeholder buy-in that usually breaks. Looking to connect with anyone else trying to move past "ticket-taking" and into actual strategic problem-solving! Has anyone else ever built a "perfect" tool or report that a stakeholder literally never opened? (Please tell me it's not just me.)

Building AI-powered tracking systems for real-world business impact
Hi everyone 👋 I’m Abel, a software engineer currently building AI-powered tracking and automation tools (Notiqo). My focus is on: - Turning behavioral data into actionable insights - Lightweight AI systems for SMEs - Product-driven analytics (not just dashboards, but decision engines) I’m particularly interested in how others here are using AI beyond experimentation — into production environments. What are you currently building with AI that’s actually generating measurable impact?
