Hey all, Bit of a generic question here but I'm curious about people's social media habits. I'm looking at doing some research into whether those involved in data management are more or less likely to use social media regularly knowing about the way they collect and store data. So keen to know which platforms people are on but I'd love to know in the comments if there's a reason why you're on them or if there's any you actively avoid and why.

This fascinating talk points out that with every technological leap forward humans naturally try and use it for short term gain at the expense of the long term value to be had in using that technology. What are your thoughts on this thorny issue especially as applies to building data models?
