I've been struggling with my weight loss journey as I've been trying to figure out how to balance my 9-5, learning AI, and going to the gym consistently at the same time. It's been really hard over the last couple of weeks. I have a feeling a bunch of you are in the same boat. I was thinking about how to solve this. Here's what I've been doing and what I believe makes sense right now: 1. Scheduled 4 non- negotiable days per week at the gym, the time remains flexible(Why? because life happens, and if you get caught up on the time, missing that period will give you an excuse not to work out). 2. Try to make two of our 3 meals per day healthy in nature. I find that if you try to go for only healthy meals, relapse is inevitable. We have to slowly allow the body to adjust. 3. To avoid bad snacking, just remove them from your environment. Allow your current batch to deplete and refrain from restocking. Anybody got thoughts? Nice little ultra training run today on the trails. Also working on an ultra marathon n8n video….. Recording a few hours later today. Don’t wait till Jan 1st to start achieving your goals for 2026. If you have any fitness goals you want to achieve next year post them below

A New Environment + Opportunities
Being from FL, I rarely have the chance to go out and run on snow. Last week I had the chance to go to Canada for a family vacation. Ran 13 miles one day in the snow. Which in a lot of ways felt like sand running for FL trails. Had to wear spikes for the first time which was an interesting experience. I really enjoyed this trail though as it was shared with cross country skiers. The run to the trail however was a bit sketchy (windy roads with no sidewalks and hills). Couldn’t run my normal pace and felt significantly more tired than normal road or trail running. Relating this back into Ai/Data…. I have a client that I really enjoy working with. As I get to run numbers and help with reporting it’s abundantly clear that he needs help with Facebook and Google ads. Well…. I’m diving into it. I’m not a great marketer. I would probably give myself a C- However, data is data. And each ad or campaign can tell a story This week I start learning the basics of running paid ads and I’ll see what I can apply. Imo take advantage of opportunities like this. Don’t say no thanks or I don’t have the skill set. I’m from FL, it doesn’t snow here. Still took the opportunity to run in snow to get that experience. If I travel to another cold place (which I will), I’m now mentally prepared to run on snow. Btw still prefer extreme heat to cold weather….
