Tasking.ai
This looks like the commercial version of Agentscope, and their code is open source, with a freemium model for hosting with them.
The one thing I don't see is what hardware, gpus/cpu count you are getting access to. Since you can run local models, it matters. However, they do have a completely free plan for testing,
