I built an n8n AI email automation that replaces Instantly & Smartlead

Lately I’ve been testing how far we can push n8n with AI, and I managed to build a full cold email system that works just like Instantly or Smartlead, but completely free and more customizable.

It validates emails using JavaScript, generates a unique AI-written email for every lead, and even adds random delays before sending so it feels natural and avoids spam filters.
